Here are the answers to our most commonly asked questions. If we haven't answered your question here just click the 'Let's Chat' button at the bottom of your screen. If we can't answer straight away we'll email you back ASAP!

What products do you use and do I need to provide anything?

When you book cleaning with us, you don't need to provide a thing though we do recommend having bulky equipment like a hoover and mop on hand if possible. For regular cleaning we use products by Miniml  (www.minimlrefills.co.uk) They are made locally near Skipton, are 100% vegan, natural and plant based. We love them so much we even stock the entire refillable range in our shop in Settle. Come along and top up!

What training do staff undertake?

All staff are required to complete their Level 5 Cleaning Skills qualification when they commence employment with us.  We also offer ongoing training and tutorials in decluttering, interiors and the little finishing touches.

Do I need to be in? 

You don't have to be! We can call by whilst you're out or at work. Contact us prior to your clean and we can arrange key collection. Just get ready to smell the freshness when you come home! Mmm lovely!

Surely you need to use bleach occasionally?

Yes, occasionally, but we really try not to. We are not fazed by the messiest and dirtiest of homes but when we do have a bit of a job on our hands we will dig in to our specialised products box. We carry supplies of emergency bleach, grout cleaner, limescale remover and de greaser. If we feel it's necessary to use these, we will let you know. We're always mindful of pets and children in these instances.

My house is quite large- how much time will you need?

We will always view a property prior to taking your home on as a regular booking, and, if we think we one person will struggle to get everywhere within 4 hours, we'll recommend a few extra cleaning fairies.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Settle, in North Yorkshire and are currently covering the following areas: Settle, Giggleswick, Langcliffe, Stainforth, Rathmell, Mearbeck, Long Preston, Feizor, Lawkland and Eldroth. If you don't see your location on the list please still get in touch as we have waiting lists for other areas!. Once we cover your area, we'll be in touch.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have full Public Liability and Employer's insurance. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance on request.

What happens if my regular cleaner is unavailable?

If you're happy for us to send another member of staff, we will do our utmost to do so. Alternatively, we will re arrange your appointment for another convenient time.

Are your staff employed or self employed?

Our staff are fantastic and without them, we wouldn't have a business. We will always champion the rights of domestic workers and push for better standards in the industry. Many cleaning companies use self employed sub contractors which avoids the need to pay holiday pay, sick pay and pension contributions. We don't think this practice is very fair so our team are all employed by us and entitled to paid annual leave, sick pay and a pension. In addition to this, we offer superb rates of pay plus a super benefits package.
